Dr. Ryan Winders

Bio
Dr. Ryan Winders is an Assistant Professor in the Educational Administration Department where he teaches doctoral-level courses in applied statistics and capstone development. He holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from Morehead State University, with research focused on college and career readiness, transition supports, and student accountability systems. Dr. Winders brings extensive experience as a high school mathematics teacher, guidance counselor, assessment coordinator, and CAEP Accreditor. His previous faculty experience at Union Commonwealth University highlights his background in educational technology, instructional design, mathematics, and professional writing. His professional interests include AI applications in education, accreditation and assessment, and innovative practices that improve postsecondary outcomes.
